Host was communicative and helpful. We had a need for a little later checkout and, because she was able, she happily obliged and informed her cleaning crew to not come until later.

Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed to feel at home. Complex feels like a resort. Owner was very friendly, communicative and provided all the information we needed prior to our stay. Walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale where there is a ton of shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend and will be back!

The rental was mostly clean, there were crumbs on the kitchen counter/cutting boards. The weirdest part was that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 garbage bag in kitchen/bathroom. The listing didn't say there would be a limited amount, however the welcome text from the host did include this detail. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere where there wasn't even an extra roll of toilet paper especially if you're staying a week or so.

From the owner: I appreciate your feedback and am glad you shared your thoughts. The listing and informational text sent upon booking note that a “starter set” of supplies is provided for each stay. The cleaning company and/or I did not receive any contact from you during your visit regarding cleaning issues or additional needs. If I had, I would have resolved the same to your satisfaction immediately. I have since partnered with a new cleaning team to ensure everything is spotless and well-stocked before each guest’s arrival. I look forward to continuing to provide a 5-star experience for my guests.
