A very spacious and comfortable home with a lovely garden. Set on 12 stunning acres where we breed miniature Dexter cattle.
The house has 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and generously sized kitchen with a large dining table and living spaces. Heated by a cosy wood heater and with evaporative cooling for the summer.
The perfect place to attend a wedding nearby or just to enjoy the beautiful Yarra valley, only 5 klm from Yarra Glen close to the chocolatierie and with abundant wineries nearby.
The space
5 large bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have comfortable queen beds. Bedroom 4 and 5 each have 2 king single beds all beds have electric blankets and all linen and bedding is supplied.
In addition there is a family bathroom with a bath and shower and a separate toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large 2 door fridge and large oven ideal if you choose to self cater. A smaller bar fridge is in the enclosed al fresco area for additional drinks if required.
There is a spacious lounge and a dining area with a table large enough for 10 guests and a separate tv room.
The established garden with abundant Birdlife can be enjoyed from the verandah while looking across the rural setting.
Guest access
Guests have full use of the house and surrounding garden. We only ask that you do not enter the paddocks or enclosures for your safety and the well being of the animals.
For the comfort of all guests there is strictly no smoking or vaping allowed inside the house
Other things to note
As this is a rural area our water supply is tank water from rainfall.
There is a generator onsite which comes on automatically if there is a power outage and switches itself off when mains power returns
