Very nice central location to tour northern Michigan. Very clean home, with just the right mix of vacation-at-the-cabin feel with all the comforts of home.

Hot 🔥
The property was nice clean and comfortable beds. Although its very close to other cabins and houses not as secluded as the pictures make it look. Its confusing where the shared beach access is located no clear directions on where to go. The main reason we wouldn't come back no air conditioning. You don't post this information in the main listing its found in the extra information section. If we knew there was no air we wouldn't of booked. Maybe in the fall or winter it would be acceptable but not in 90 degree weather. Left early due to heat.

Hi Jenn, the right vacation home is everything, and while we’re glad you enjoyed the property’s cleanliness and comfortable beds, we’re disappointed that it wasn’t the one for you. After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, we wanted to provide the following:
- The home doesn't have A/C, and this is mentioned in the listing description twice under the “FAQ” and “Additional Information” sections. We understand how important this can be in warmer months.
- Lake access details are posted on the refrigerator with clear instructions, and the homeowner is adding more information to the guest book to make this easier to find.
- The cabin is located near a popular lake, so there are other cabins and houses nearby.
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts as we improve for future guests.
