My boyfriend and I were flying in from out of state for a romantic weekend at this property. We reached out via email to request an early check in 48hrs prior to check in day (as listed on the site) as our flight was arriving in the morning of check in day. We received no response and so I called the next day. The person I spoke with said they said they were not the host, just cleaning company and that the home would be ready for an early check in, but they could only authorize up to 2 hours early. If we wanted anything more than that, we needed to contact the host. I called the 1800 number listed for the host, and the person I spoke with told us they were a management company and I would need to call the host and then gave us the cleaning company’s number, whom I had just spoken to. It was a bit unfortunate to say the least, that we were spending quite a bit of money to stay there but couldn’t get a clear answer on if we would be able to check in early, which felt like a simple request. Once we arrived to the property, the home was beautiful! The decor was great. The kitchen had everything we could have needed! The hot tub was perfect! Zero complaints about the home itself. Our only complaint is the lack of clear communication.
