Property overlooking Morro das Torres de Urupema, one of the coldest places in Brazil, at 1733 metres altitude. Close to the famous waterfall that freezes (11km). Featuring a LARGE fireplace in the living room and plenty of space. The double beds are equipped with heated sheets for the cold! Well located, making it practical and perfect for exploring the entire region. Urupema is 19km away, and Urubici is only 35km. Close to supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and restaurant, we are 1km from the city centre.
