Ski-in, ski-out right on the slopes

Dear holidaymakers,<br><br>Our chalet is located in the Doucy-Valmorel-Saint François Longchamps ski area in Tarentaise (Savoie), in the heart of the Alps amid unspoiled landscapes, in absolute tranquility, with a south-facing terrace overlooking the mountains!<br>You’ll be charmed by its unique natural setting, as well as by its leisure and recreational facilities in both winter and summer<br><br>Set out from the chalet for skiing, snowshoeing, or hiking, or head to the 2.4-km-long toboggan run that passes right in front of the chalet.<br>You’ll also have access to a sledding area in the heart of the resort for children under 3 years old, which is lit until 8:00 p.m.<br><br>In summer, the chalet offers breathtaking views of the Valmorel Valley and the Beaufortain Massif on one side, and a view of the Lauzière Range on the other<br>In summer, the resort offers a wide variety of activities. From family hikes to mountain bike trails for the more active, to relaxing by the pool just 200 metres from the chalet.<br><br>You’ll find shops nearby: ski rentals, mountain bike rentals, sleigh rentals, a ski school, restaurants, bars, a convenience store…<br>You can have bread and croissants delivered to your door every morning, as well as your ski equipment.<br><br>Free parking.<br><br>The chalet consists of two separate floors:<br><br>o The upper level of the chalet includes:<br>• 1 bedroom: 1 double bed (140 cm), <br>• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm), <br>• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm), <br>• mezzanine: 1 double bed (140 cm), <br>• Large living area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room<br>• 2 bathrooms with showers, 2 separate toilets<br>• Large terrace<br>• Ski locker.<br><br>o The ground floor area includes:<br>• 2 bedrooms: double bed (140 cm),<br>• 1 bedroom: 2 single bunk beds (90 cm), <br>• A large living area with a kitchenette and dining area (a sofa bed that converts into two separate single beds (2 x 90 cm)).<br>• 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet<br>• ski storage room.<br><br>The beds are equipped with comforters<br><br>o Living area: 140 m², balcony/terrace, Garden: 600 m²<br><br>To help you avoid Saturday traffic, rentals are from Sunday to Sunday.
