Our commitment to privacy and safety includes a Privacy & ID Verification process. Prior to booking, you may be requested to provide proof of identity. This precautionary measure is in place to cultivate a secure environment and verify that all guests meet our age requirements. It's part of our policy not to rent rooms to individuals under a certain age or those using different names. Rest assured that your personal information will be handled with utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed. - Late check out
Please be advised that our check-out time is 10:00 am, and we kindly ask all guests to adhere to this schedule. A late check-out fee equivalent to half a day's rent will be applied for check-outs between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. Late check-outs after 12:00 pm are not permitted. Your cooperation is highly valued in ensuring a smooth and punctual departure for all guests from our property.

- Lost Key or Access Assistance
Always ensure to take your key when leaving the apartment. A lockout fee of $80 will be incurred if we need to arrange access for you between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with additional penalties of $120 for after-hours and weekends. Losing the key will result in a charge of $300. Please be mindful of these conditions.

- Baggage Storage
Regrettably, we do not offer baggage storage services before check-in or after check-out hours. Kindly make arrangements for your own baggage storage if necessary. We appreciate your understanding.

- No Smoking, Pets, Parties, or Events
Kindly adhere to our house rules, and please note that penalties will be enforced for violations.

- Cleaning, Extra Linens or Consumables, and Damage
Guests are responsible for covering any excess cleaning fees or damage costs. Additional charges will apply for extra linens. Consumables can be refilled for bookings extending beyond 7 days.
