- The building is undergoing a multi-year renovation of the exterior cement/lanais/paint. The project is a little over halfway completed as of May 2025. The grounds and parking lot are also undergoing renovations. Construction noises can take place Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Nice place.

Great place! Beautiful view and beach! Easy check in, clean, good location, everything we needed, including things for the beach were in the condo. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again.

Ocean, Sun and Sand with Breathtaking views!

Our family had a wonderful time at Lisa's property. Away from all the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and close enough drive to North Shore as well. Definitely would come back again!

Comfort by the ocean

Spacious condo, well equipped, and located perfectly for a family vacation by the ocean! We found it very clean. Dave, the owner, responded immediately to our questions. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful view from the balcony

It was a nice and quiet location away from all of the crowds. A beautiful beach right in the back of the building and it was not crowded at all. We had the beach to ourselves most days.

Great place to stay right on the BEACH!!!

I loved everything about this property other than one bed in the upstairs bedroom. The queen bed in the bedroom with the bunk beds needs replaced. The air conditioner in that room also needs to be better secured other than that the place had everything we ever needed. Thanks for a great family trip.

Relaxing and wonderful

There was 6 adults and an infant. Plenty of space for all of us. The owner communicated with us immediately with any questions. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. Great snorkeling. We would stay there again.

This property is beautiful! We stayed here for a family vacation the week of June 15-22. Everything was beyond what we expected. Linda was amazing and so responsive when needed. This is a property we will for sure use again 😊thank you Linda!

Ocean Views Galore!

The photos of this condo are truly representative of the magical ocean view. All of the rooms are spacious and clean. There is interesting art on the walls and comfortable beds and furniture. The mountain views on the road side are beautiful as well. We were able to snorkel and even swim with a sea turtle right out front. Our family of four adults were very happy we chose this special place for our week on Oahu!

The condo is very spacious and right on the beach. Exactly as described and then some!!! We had a family emergency and had to leave early and Dave refunded us money. Even though it was fault of his or the condos. We would definitely stay here again.

Island life at its best - snorkelling heaven!

This property was exactly as listed! Beautiful views, quiet from the busy city life and the best snorkelling a family could ask for! Turtles and many fish everyday! Close to all needed amenities and very tasty shrimp truck across the street! Perfect 2 weeks as it only took 35-45 minutes to Waikiki when we wanted to shop or surf! Absolutely recommend to anyone! David was so easy to work through and checked in during the stay to ensure we had everything we needed😃

Incredible vacation

The location was fantastic...beach amazing..except I got stung by a jellyfish...close to great snorkeling...beaches....the unit is on an extremely safe beach for all...the condo is in need of repair...one shower we couldn't get to work...very old unit...wires everywhere...no AC...Towell rack broken or not there at all...but the worst of everything...we had to buy our own toilet paper and soap...over 200 dollars a day and have to buy those item...unbelievable

Did not want to leave

We could hear the ocean, feel the breeze, and see the breath taking sunrise from our comfy bed. Take a walk along the beach and met Honey Girl monk seal, jump into the ocean protected by coral reefs and saw 2 turtles. We will definitely come back. The 3 queen beds were comfortable, the rooms were large with closets so we did not feel squished. No air conditioning, we used the fans provided and the breeze blowing through. It was a nice stay.

Perfect location. Great condo. Views. Views. Views.

The pictures on the website are very representative of the condo - clean, spacious, well appointed. The location right on the beach couldn't be better. Linda was very responsive and helpful. It is not a place for folks who want night life and "touristy" restaurants - but the food trucks across (and down) the street, the small stores (Kaya's and Ching's) are good options for local fare. The locals we met were welcoming and kind. For me - the question is always: "Would I stay here again?". The answer is a resounding "Yes!"

Great Location Under Construction

The location was perfect. It would take an average of 45 fast minutes to any part of island. I would have given all 5 stars but it was under construction on one end and a pipe was broken so we did not have water for 24 hrs. Appliances need to be upgraded like the microwave. The gym had some good equipment but they also need upgrade and working machines. To sum up this place could be a jewel on the island!

Relaxing Stay away from City Traffic

We've enjoyed our stay, this place is spacious enough for our family of 5. We had enjoyed Waikiki for 13 days, so staying here at the end of our trip was great to get away from the city traffic. This penthouse suite is located at the highest level of this complex 8th, and the views from the 2 balcony's were good to catch the sunrise, and enjoy the views throughout the day. There is no AC, but you wont need it, the Ocean breeze is sufficient. Dave, the owner, was always quick to response to our only issue with the Wi-Fi password that recently had been updated. We would consider another stay here on our other trips to Oahu.

Needs some work

The views are amazing, but the condo definitely needs some care. The front door was very hard to close, the nath towels need to be replaced and some of the kitchen cabinets would not stay closed.

Linda's condo is exactly as described on here The pictures are spot on as well! The sunrise was spectacular every morning! The beach is magnificent and accommodating. We snorkeled almost everyday and saw many fish and sea turtles! The location is awesome as you are centrally located between Honolulu and the North Shore. We were able to explore most of the island! Linda was very forthcoming with tips during our stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze! We felt safe the entire time as there is security on the premises. The grounds are kept very nice as well. I would highly recommend this property. The unit is not air conditioned (as stated in description) but there is a great ocean breeze and several fans in the condo. July was a bit hot even with all of that but we were able to make do. I would most definitely stay here again!!

Location is amazing!

Dave’s place is gorgeous! Very secure with security guards on site. The stairs to the second floor are steep and tiled, so be careful climbing them. But I would be happy to stay there again anyway. The property was right on the beach. The washer and dryer were so helpful! There was plenty of swimming and beach equipment available for our whole family of 9. We did take turns, but we never felt like we didn’t have enough. Lots of boogie boards, sand toys, and even a few small life jackets. The sound of the ocean through the screened walls of the lanai made me feel like I was practically camping on the beach. Amazing sunrises we were able to enjoy right from our bedroom window. There was a turtle hanging out on the beach most of our trip too! I highly recommend Dave’s property for a lovely family getaway.

Discover Paradise

Oahu is more than just Waikiki or Disney's Aulani. Driving from Honolulu on the H3 or Likelike Hwy to this rental unit near the north shore is breathtaking with the rising palis and the water right next to the road. The unit overlooks the water -- your own private beach is steps away. The 3 bedrooms are spacious. The shower is huge. The unit has a washer/dryer, which is so valuable after spending the day exploring greater Oahu. And the towels! The bath towels and the beach towels were luxurious. Having so much room to move about in the unit, having a full kitchen, having that view, hearing the ocean and the wind at night -- it's such a great place to unwind and feel a deeper connection to nature. So SO much better than staying in a hotel room in Waikiki. So much more authentic to seeing and experiencing the real Hawaii, the real Oahu, and living aloha.

Pat's at Punalu'u

Great beach front property with a nice grassy area between the building and the beach. Perfect beach for a family as the water is calmer due to the breaker reefs out a mile from shore. Lots of beach toys, boogie boards and one set of snorkeling mask and fins provided. We loved that we didn't have to drive a long way to enjoy a day at the beach... it's right here. Also great they have 24/7 security to help you feel safe. Lots of fans... however on a few nights without wind it would have been nice to have air conditioning. Everything you need in the kitchen is provided...you just have to buy groceries. Clean place, the only exception being under the couch cushions and the floor under the couch (which we noticed when retreating toys for our toddlers). Also the edges of the floor could use a good vacuum. Real cozy beds and great linens and towels. We would definitely stay here again.
