Pool and beach hideaway

his newly built self-contained 1 bedroom guest house is situated at the back of our section with a view of the veggie garden, grass and pool. There is a queen bed and a double sofa bed available, a kitchen and a comfortable lounge.

We live in the heart of the Mount - a short 250m to the beach, two golf courses and various cafes/restaurants at Central Parade. We're 2.7km from the start of downtown Mt Maunganui and 4km from the base of the Mount and hot pools. Everything you need is here.

Mike and his kids were great hosts, friendly and helpful with local recommendations. The pool cottage is sweet--sparkling clean and well kept with a choice location affording an easy stroll to the beach.

Originally from overseas, we love to meet new traveler and share our beautiful country.
Our dog is very friendly and doesn't go close to the guest house unless we go tend the gardens.
I am a beekeeper and have a few hives on the property. always happy to tell you more about those beautiful creatures.

The mount is a quiet place but also full of energy. There is lots to do around here between, walks, swim, shopping, culture, golf...

We live in a quiet street, close to the beach and shops. only a few km from downtown. Our pool is always a plus during the hot summer months.
