Clean, spacious, centrally located Mount Pleasant location. Close to shops, transit, and most attractions. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was well appointed, and the place was well equipped with all amenities necessary for a successful stay.We'd easily rent from Kelly-Hien next time we're back in Vancouver.

Cozy (once the heat was turned on) and plenty of beds for sleeping. We had a group of five adults and were able to have plenty of room. There's a long flight of stairs up and a even tighter staircase to the top floor. The tub and shower were really nice. Coffee pods, tea and sugar were appreciated. Good value for money.

Great location, however the house is very old on a busy street with thin walls and windows which made all the rooms rather noisy with constant traffic. Window to one of the bedrooms did not close, banister to the 3rd floor (2 bedrooms) was broken and unusable, doorway light did not work, which made us feel uneasy about our belongings. We messaged the owner but nothing was done about it.
