Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove trash daily and place in bench outside front entrance.
Leave used towels in the tubs of the bathrooms used please.
Guests will need to provide names of those driving vehicles through the access gate. please message us the names of all driving so we can ensure proper access.
Pool heat - pool heat is available at an additional cost of $35 dollars per day *spa will not heat without pool heat.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My wife is a huge Disney fan and we thought to ourselves what better thing to do then buy a house in Florida close to the parks to reduce the cost of our vacations. We then decided to pass this on to you our valued guests so you could use this beautiful home to save you on your family vacations.
