House Rules and Information
Parking: Plenty of off street parking, including boat parking.
Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home, or facing the outdoor entertaining area.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate. The house must be left tidy. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away. Rubbish must be neatly bagged, and BBQ must be left clean
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
