• There is a communal back garden usually available for the quiet enjoyment of all owners and residents. There is a lawn with hedged gardens, but at present, there is no outdoor furniture, no BBQ or outdoor dining facilities due to planned refurbishments.
• Unfortunately, this apartment is not pet-friendly; however, guests with possible allergies should be aware that a pet cat resides in the apartment next door – our strata has strict rules regarding pets, and this pet is strictly an indoor cat, with zero outdoor access.
• There are six steps from the pedestrian pathway down into the property, then the apartment is one flight of stairs up to the first floor.
• There is no on-site parking, but plenty of street parking.
