Our family loved this locations. Apartment was clean and exactly as described. Balmoral Beach just down the street was a home run. We loved the community and location. Parking was nice but really tight. We were grateful to have it though. Owners were gracious and very helpful.
Everything was great about the apartment and the building location was fantastic. Only complaint is that the building is quite old. Access to the parking spot is challenging, no elevator.
Perfectly equipped apartment in a great neighbourhood. Close to Balmoral Beach and shops so you can just hang out but also close to public transport to easily explore Sydney. We left the car in garage the whole time! And a big thank you for catering to families with 3 children which is often so hard to find.

Set in the affluent suburb of Balmoral, this peaceful apartment is an affordable way to stay in Sydney as a family. The apartment is clean, tidy and comfortable and the host attentive friendly and communicative. Dont miss spending some time at the beach for a swim and a coffee....its less than 5 mins away and just as nice as the bigger famous beaches. Get a preloaded Opal travel card from newsagent 10 minute walk up the road and the whole of Sydney is instantly accessible, by bus train and ferry with a bus stop immediately outside the apartment makes the apartment ideal!! Thanks for having us to stay!!

The place was hard to reach by public transportation(or maybe I don't know how to), so we rent a car. Renting a car was way easier to get here. There is a parking space. Balmoral beach is 5min walking distance, the house inside was so neat and clean, and I could see the owner's careful and meticulous consideration. There are kitchenware for kids. Teas, coffees, sauces, spice , etc are well organized. There were extra bed blankets and enough spaces for the storage.
Simon and his wife were so supportive and the feedback was quick.
oh, there was no elevator, so it was hard to carry all the heavy baggages up. But still, we did enjoy during the stay.

Nice apartment but no parking
While the apartment was nice, it shouldn't have been advertised to include on-site parking. The garage is so tiny, and with a brick wall out front, it meant that even trying to back in was impossible. Had I been able to go straight back in, I'm not sure I could have opened the doors once inside. This is with a mid size sedan with cameras all over it, not an SUV.
Initially we were able to park out the front, but after coming back from a wedding there was no street parking and we had to park a block away and carry my sleeping daughter in.
During the summer, it's 2 hour parking on the street.

Thanks for your review - while our garage can take some time getting used to, we have had guests with 4WDs, vans and utes park in it before. I used to park my X5 or Outback in it all the time. After you have a few tries, there is no trouble at all to park in a family sedan or SUV.
Once you are inside the garage, the space is very generous,there is plenty of room to open doors of your car.

The apartment is lovely. Full of light, kitchen well equipped. The location is perfect.
Loved location and bus stops out the front. Easy access to restaurants. We walked the Bondi to Manly walk and a great base for that. Clean, comfortable and great views! Best for a couple or couple with children. Would come again!
This property suited us for a few nights. It is a compact 2bd flat with1 bathroom. Neat and well appointed but not luxury. Well located and has a garage. Simon is a very responsive host.
We stayed at the apartment with two little children (1 and 4 years old). The apartment was very neat and clean and it seems like the owner thought of everything you might need. The communication with Simon was very friendly. I definitely recommend this place. We'll book it again for our next stay in Mosman.
