5min beach & forest, sunny, single storey

Our newly built 2011 holiday apartment 'Sunshine' for 2 people in April 2012 offers you a relaxing and pleasant stay with us on 30m². You can enjoy the sun all day on the sheltered terrace with a glass of wine. The apartment is furnished in a rustic country style.

You can reach the ground floor apartment via a separate entrance.

There is a small cloakroom in the entrance area.

You will find the open kitchenette with:
- 2-ring ceramic hob
- fridge with freezer
- Microwave with grill / bake function
- Coffee machine, toaster and kettle (we would also be happy to provide you with a pad coffee machine
available)

In the open living / dining room you will find the dining area for 2 people.
The pull-out sofa bed and the satellite TV with recording function invite you to a cozy TV evening.

The living room leads to the terrace, which is protected by groynes and a planted stone wall and is only accessible to you. Seating, parasol and a grill can also be found here.

The separate bedroom can be dimmed according to your wishes with the help of the blackout pleated blind located there. The double bed (1.60x2.00) with separate mattresses, adjustable headboard and covered bedding helps you sleep peacefully.

The bathroom with daylight, shower, toilet and sink offers enough space.
Here you also have the opportunity to dry your clothes on a pull-out clothesline.

A car and bicycle parking space are right in front of the house.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in der Ferienwohnung und waren wieder sehr zufrieden.Für 2 Personen ist genügend Platz und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.Kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe durch Schlüsseltresor. Vermieterin immer erreichbar.Bei den schönen Wetter konnten wir auch noch die Terassenmöbel nutzen, sehr schön. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen Strand, Seebrücke, Zentrum, Darßwald ...... Urlaub in Prerow, immer wieder gern.

Schön gelegen, gemütlicher Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns alles in allem hier sehr wohl gefühlt: Die Wohnung ist für den Standard in Ferienwohnungen hübsch eingerichtet, bietet fast alles was man braucht und die Lage ist super. Strand und Ort sind zu Fuß zu erreichbar, das Freizeit- und Gastronomie-Angebot ist toll. Echte - aber die einzigen - Minuspunkte sind zu weiche Betten und die fehlende Möglichkeit, das Schlafzimmer abzudunkeln.

Wir hatten 10 tolle Tage in Prerow. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle Lage, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein aber es ist alles für einen perfekten Aufenthalt vorhanden. Die Schlüsselübergabe fand kontaktlos statt. Die Vermieterin ist immer zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Das WLAN ist sehr schwach. Urlaub in Prerow immer gern wieder.

Klein aber praktisch

Es ist eine relativ kleine Ferienwohnung, aber geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Man muss sich mit dem etwas verminderten Platzangevot arrangieren können.Auto und Fahrrad kann direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden. Wald und Ostseestrand sind gut erreichbar. Empfohlen ist die Mitnahme eines Fahrrad, die Wege zum Bäcker, Supermarkt usw. sind fußläufig etwas entfernt. Insgesamt ist es eine Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Prerow. Für zwei Personen ist die Ferienwohnung perfekt. Sie ist kompakt, man hat aber alles, was man braucht. Tagsüber die Umgebung erkunden und abends im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer entspannen. Gerne wieder.

Es war einfach schön.

schöner Kurzurlaub in Prerow mit netter Unterkunft. Mit dem Fahrrad die Gegend erkundet. War superschön, weil es hier sehr viele schöne Fahrradwege durch die Natur gibt. Ich komme bestimmt wieder.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich geschmackvoll mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Nachdem wir uns mit der etwas knapp bemessenen Staufläche und fehlenden Haken für Handtücher, Waschlappen etc. arrangiert hatten und dem knarrenden Bett, war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist toll, ganz nah am Darßer Wald und ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieterin nett und sehr hilfsbereit.

Schöne Auszeit

Eine wunderschöne Woche in Prerow auf dem Darß verbracht. Der Sommer ist noch mal für ein paar Tage zurück gekommen und so waren sogar noch Strandtage möglich. Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie beschrieben. Sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlte nichts.Sehr zu empfehlen, ich würde sie auch ein zweites Mal mieten.
