We had to clean a few areas and the master bathroom toilet seat was broken. Location was perfect. Very comfortable, with plenty of space for the family. The host responded quickly to questions.

Booked a 2 bed 2 bath home. A month before the reservation, received an email directly to me (not thru the Vrbo app) saying they moved me to a similar unit in the same complex due to scheduled maintenance. He made a point to note there was no change in the pricing. What he didn’t tell me that was that it was a 2 bed 1 bath. This is not similar. I didn’t find out until the day before when I received the reminder. When I questioned it, Connor confirmed it was a 1 bath and asked me did I want a 2 bath. Of course I did or wouldn’t have booked it. Then he just stop replying. The place is new and clean but mattresses were awful. I slept on the couch, way more comfortable.
