It consists of a large living room with sofa bed and dining table, a bedroom, separate kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet.
## Logement The accommodation is fully equipped and will perfectly suit to a tourist stay or a business trip. Its proximity to the locals' favorite places is a must. The accommodation has the following 2 beds: 1 sofa-bed, 1 double bed.

## Emplacement We are in the most dynamic district of La Baule because we are close to the shopping avenue and the market. There are all the food shops, stores, bars, restaurants and a cinema. The market is very close and open every day. It is totally possible (and recommended) to do everything by foot.
## Transports To reach the apartment, I advise you to come by train because the station is very close (about 10min walk) and it is difficult to park for free in La Baule. You can also come by car because parking spaces are available around the apartment but no space is reserved.
