Looking for the perfect family getaway or group escape? Our spacious double-story 3 bedroom beach house in Cowes, Phillip Island ticks all the boxes for comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.
Sleeps up to 8 guests with flexible bedding for families and friends.

Enjoy open-plan living, a fully fenced backyard ideal for kids and pets. There's double-gate access for boats or caravans and off-street parking for 3–4 cars.
Upstairs, relax on the beautiful balcony with amazing views—the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful moment or watch the sunset.
Located just minutes from Cowes beach, local shops, cafes, and attractions like the Penguin Parade, Nobbies, and A Maze’N Things—you’re close to all the action while enjoying your own private retreat.

Communication with the host was very good. We were three adults and one dog. The property was clean and welcoming. It worked very well for us, and we had a very lovely stay. Would love to come back.

A magnificent residence! There were 8 of us including a child and we had the best time over Christmas, some lovely memories. Olivia was a welcoming host who ensured our time there went smoothly.

We are a family that resides in Gippsland and have been coming to the island for over 40 years! It began with our grandparents owning and coming to the island and we have continued on this tradition!

Why they chose this property

It's always been a family friendly area, where we enjoy the sun, sand and beach every summer as well as being a home away from home during the year.

What makes this property unique

We strongly agree that because we are at the beach, it should feel that way. We still provide the creature comforts but also enjoy that our house is meant to feel like a beachouse and not your regular residential property in the suburbs.
