We have stayed at Bahama Bay multiple times over the years. This condo is nice and close to the restaurant and pool but the listing says it’s a corner unit and it is not a corner unit. The issue was the floor was very dirty, our feet were black and we ended up wearing socks or shoes while inside. There was also a lack of amenities, One roll of toilet paper per bathroom and just a bar of soap to wash hands.

We apologize that the cleanliness of the floors did not meet expectations, and we will address this with our housekeeping team. As noted in our listing, we provide a starter supply of toiletries, including toilet paper and soap, and guests may purchase additional supplies as needed for longer stays.
