This rental is wonderful. Everything matched the description and more. The location is perfect. We were able to explore South Bank and CBD effortlessly from this location. The apartment was well outfitted, comfortable and we felt instantly at home. The massive operable window was exciting to use. Patrick was responsive and helpful each time we reached out. We even extended out stay! Highly recommended.

Great location, great apartment but lacked some basic detail regarding check in process and wi-fi info. Someone had also parked in the carpark so had to park in the one next to it and got a nasty note on my windscreen. Reception/concierge would not help because privately booked (not through them).
