Note: This is a private basement unit with a completely separate entrance, amenities and dedicated laundry. The host and his family reside in the upper unit. There is a flight of stairs to reach the entrance of the unit.
Our cozy and spacious legal 2-bedroom basement unit is perfect for families, couples, or business travellers. Fully furnished and thoughtfully designed, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. You'll enjoy:

The space
Welcome to your cozy, newly renovated basement suite with a private entrance right off the porch. Ideal for business travellers or couples, this bright space offers modern comforts just minutes from Aurora’s downtown and commuter pathways. It offers:
*Entrance & Storage:
Separate basement entrance; built-in storage at the entrance for coats and boots.
*Kitchen:
Fully equipped with a KitchenAid stove, French-door fridge, dishwasher, plus microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker.
*Living & Sleeping Area:
Comfortable queen beds, Large closets in both rooms, a Dedicated office/workspace in a separate 3rd room/den with a door and fast Wi-Fi.
*Family-Friendly Amenities:
Perfect for families with young children. A travel crib, high chair, kids’ cutlery, and toddler bathtub are available upon request. Toys and books can also be provided to keep little ones entertained.
*Bathroom:
Clean, full bathroom stocked with essentials.

One free driveway spot + free street parking.

A short drive or transit ride to Aurora GO station (2 KM), local restaurants, trails, and shops.
