The apartment suite is in a quiet and lovely neighbourhood in centre of the town of Aurora. The city is located in the heart of Ontario's economic engine, GTA. It offers urban amenities and an intimate atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Aurora is well known for a diverse economy, a well-educated and skilled workforce, an excellent transportation system network and a strong technological infrastructure.
What makes this property unique
The Aurora Shopping Centre is within 5-minutes walking distance to over twenty-five retail stores, bars and restaurants offering local and international cuisines, and services (supermarkets, banks, bakeries, health centres, pharmacies and more). The Upper Canada Mall, with dozens of top international brands and services, is located only a 15-minute drive away. Top-rated restaurants, amazing bars and nightclubs will give you the opportunity to experience a stay with the amenities of GTA in a safe and peaceful small town setting. The local transport links are great, we are located only a short walking distance from either the Edward St. or the Henderson Dr. bus stops. The Aurora Go Station is just a 5-minute drive away, giving you access to all destinations across the GTA and province. We are conveniently located along Highways 400 and 404.
