Warm timber ceilings, stone textures and soft natural light create an easy, grounded feel, inviting you to settle in and slow down from the moment you arrive. Designed for relaxed group stays, the layout balances shared living with private retreats, all set against leafy surrounds that enhance the sense of calm.

Evenings naturally centre around the main living area, where a striking stone feature wall and fireplace set the tone for relaxed conversation and quiet moments. From here, doors open directly to a private stone courtyard, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor connection for morning coffee or a breath of fresh air. A separate children’s retreat offers a flexible space to play or sleep with toys and a single/trundle bed, keeping everyone connected while allowing their own space.

The flow continues into the kitchen and dining zone, with a fully-equipped space ready for preparing and enjoying meals together. Large doors extend the space to a covered alfresco, where long lunches and shared dinners spill outdoors. The backyard invites you to move between the private pool and tennis court, all set among established greenery.

As the day winds down, the bedrooms provide a sense of calm and privacy. The primary suite opens to the stone courtyard, maintaining that gentle indoor–outdoor rhythm, while the second bedroom enjoys its own leafy garden courtyard for a more secluded feel. Both include private ensuites, while the remaining bedrooms are supported by a central bathroom with a freestanding bath and separate shower. A third bedroom offers a double bed, while the fourth features a tri-bunk, well-suited to families or groups travelling together.

Practical touches make longer stays feel effortless, with a full laundry, separate toilet and generous on-site parking including undercover spaces and a large driveway.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
