Rolling Hills Estate is a private hilltop retreat designed for refined comfort, space and quiet luxury. Thoughtfully planned for families and groups, the home offers distinct living zones and generous proportions throughout, allowing guests to relax, gather or retreat with ease.
The living room is warm and atmospheric, centred around a fireplace and furnished with comfortable seating for 8–10 guests. It’s an inviting space for unhurried conversation, board games or evenings spent enjoying the fire.
A separate lounge room provides a relaxed entertainment setting, featuring two premium leather couches and a 65-inch television with full streaming options, ideal for movie nights, sport or winding down at the end of the day.
The dining area, positioned to take in outdoor views, comfortably seats 8 guests and flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, designed to support everything from simple breakfasts to long, shared dinners using local produce.
All bedrooms are generously proportioned and finished to a high standard, each offering ample storage, premium mattresses and quality linen to ensure exceptional comfort and restful sleep.
