Reminiscent of an A-frame cabin, this sophisticated home is designed for groups ready to relax in style. You'll love all the natural light that flows in through all those windows! Benches are set at each entrance to help you take off your boots - and head straight into the private sauna, of course. If you're more interested in a dip, the hot tub outside will be your new favorite spot.

Enjoy a game of volleyball outdoors or grill up something tasty. The fully enclosed yard offers a fantastic and secure spot for large families with kids! The spacious kitchen, spread out over two separate counters and a kitchen island, provides the tools and appliances needed to create delicious meals together. The desk workspace nearby is perfect for remote work or if you need a command center to plan out your trip activities. When the day winds down, build up a fire in the wood-burning fireplace or have a foosball tournament in the game room. Don't fret, summer guests - there's central air conditioning to help you stay cool.

All four bedrooms of this home are upstairs, so everyone can feel free to go to bed at their own pace. Heading up the stairs, the first bedroom is just to the left. This fun space features two beds and two windows to let in plenty of natural light. Directly next door, the second bedroom features a private balcony with a view of the backyard and a hotel-style en-suite bathroom that includes a standalone shower and double sinks. The nearby hall bathroom (which can serve guests of the bunk bed rooms) features a standalone shower and a two-faucet sink. The third bedroom features bunk beds. The fourth and final bedroom lies at the direct end of the hallway. This is the main bedroom of the home and features a private balcony, a bed set lower to the ground, and an en-suite bathroom with a standalone shower and a two-faucet sink. Lastly, the spacious loft space features a couch that can be folded into a double bed.

Bear Mountain Ski Resort is just under two miles away, so you can enjoy all the snowboarding and skiing together while coming back to the comfort and quiet of a neighborhood. Summer guests are only just over two-and-a-half miles from Big Bear Lake! Visit Big Bear Alpine Zoo to get a glimpse of rescued wildlife just over one-and-a-half miles away.

Commercially managed property that is not maintained. Quite a bit of wear and tear throughout the property. Front door lock needs to be jimmied to lock/unlock.No air filters in air intakes dust/dirt spray from vents notable on ceilings. Will probably get worse with local fires.Fan in second primary did not function - could hear motor kick on, but no rotary of the fan. Attempted to manually start to catch the motor, no movement. Water filter in fridge needed to be changed and alarmed, notified point of contact and was told "we do not provide guests with drinking water" followed by "the tap water in big bear is usually safe to drink, the guests do prefer to get their bottled water." Kitchen did not support cooking beyond basic items - two measuring cups, no measuring spoons. When requested, "did you check the drawers?" followed by "if they are not there, we do not provide them". Primary bath when turned on, rotated to hot will turn off mid-way and then transition to hot. Guessing a valve issue in attempt to correct water pressure. Use of galvanized steel piping to be in line with "modern" or "industrial" look; however, obvious this was just the cheapest 'fix'. Functionally and aesthetically displeasing. Washer with mold evident on seal, odor. Outdated local resources - pulled a 2025 Big Bear travel magazine from a coffee shop to update 2024 one left in the property. Overall, a luxury appearing property that has been run ragged through short term rental.
