A newly built home (2024) with living room, kitchen, and two master bedrooms upstairs. With vaulted ceilings, light and bright, gourmet kitchen, high-end flooring and fixtures, central heat with AC, an oversized garage, separate laundry room, this custom upscale home was designed for the ultimate Big Bear retreat!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 3220+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a modern style gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 4 bath. Upstairs master suite has a king bed, TV, and private bath. Upstairs second master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and private bath. Downstairs third bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a shared Jack and Jill bathroom with the fourth bedroom. Downstairs fourth bedroom has two bunkbeds, TV, and a shared Jack and Jill bathroom with the third bedroom. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, six burner stove, oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with pool table, shuffleboard, foosball table, arcade game, and infinity game table! Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Deck with gas barbecue, patio furniture, and a gas fire pit.

PARKING - 4 car driveway.
