The Reserve At Town Center is located in a peaceful gated community.
Located just 15 minutes from Disney, you will find this superb villa with a private pool , Only minutes from I-4 this is a perfect place to stay while visiting the many attractions Orlando has to offer.
Layout: The main entrance of the villa leads directly into the open-plan space. In the lounge there is a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing on after long days out! The dining area has French windows overlooking the pool . Next to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with all amenities including washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer.
2 King bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and 2 twin rooms, sleeps up to 8.
Please note: Our friendly and professional property manager lives nearby and is available should you need any help during your stay. Pool heat is available if required. The cost for this is $40 a day.

Great stay !

Great stay exactly what my family and I needed ! Drove down from NY to FL, Margaret allowed us to have late check out and was very appreciative of it ! Definitely will stay again for our next trip !

Okay stay

We have stayed in several rental places and this one was okay. The rooms were large enough. The problem was the cleanliness of the home. The carpet needed a more thorough vacuuming. There was an edge on a rug that wouldn't lay down so we kept tripping over it. The pool is small, well let me say this, too small for 6 adults. The patio furniture didn't look very clean. I don't think the place mats on the table had been wiped off, I had to do it. Overall, it was just an okay stay. I've stayed in better.
