Welcome to our recently remodeled and furnished Mediterranean style home located on a beautiful, quiet community. Our house is conveniently located close to all the Orlando Theme Parks, surrounding by restaurants, shopping mall, supermarkets and easy access to major Highways I4, 417. This home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private swimming pool, screened in Lanai to enjoy precious time with friends and family.

This home features 1 en suite master bedroom with a king size bed , a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, a large bedroom with a king size bed and an adjacent bathroom as well as 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds accommodating up to 8 guests.

Great location to visit Disney and other Orlando attractions

I’d definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to do things in the Orlando area. It’s also nicely located if you want to go to a major beach like Daytona, which isn’t terribly far either and may be on your way to the house or on the way home. Easy access to major highways and a really great pizza place nearby.

The online pics drew me in but it's even better in person! Adorably decorated and super clean. Close to grocery shopping and some restaurants. We traveled for our son's college baseball tournament and were very close to where he was staying with his team. Perfect for us! We would certainly stay again.

Watch for hidden fees

House was clean. Could not use the pool after dark because there was no light outside. There were fees upon extra fees and deposits. If you think you are paying one price.. double it. However I did receive one deposit back. But still wasn’t the original “total” cost presented.

Overall Experience

The house has some flaws but, nothing we couldn’t over look. Considering the property owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Was a bit frustrated with the kitchen supplies. There isn’t a cookie sheet, a strainer or even the most basic cooking items. The knives leave specks of black coating in your food. We started with provided items which was a partial roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. 1 dish pod no extra trash bags. Also the dry setting on the dish washer doesn’t work. The pool net has a big hole in it. From the pictures of the property you would think there is a hot tub but there isn’t, it’s broken so now it’s “part of the pool”

Hi Kim, thank you for your review. We don’t expect our guests to look over anything. We are in fact very responsive and aim to please. We will work on replacing and getting anything we feel is essential to guests. Since purchasing this property we have known the small part is NOT a hot tub, it wasn’t built that way and not something we plan on changing. We do NOT advertise a hot tub in our listing. And if it so important to you maybe taking time to read a listing or reach out to hosts may avoid any frustration.

Perfect location for Disney

House was adorable. It fit our family perfectly. Pool was nice to come back to after a long day at Disney and Universal. Owners were very attentive to answer any questions we had. Nice having a washer and dryer too. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
