A beautiful single floor 4 bedroom 3 bathroom spacious villa with a private pool and spa that just adds to the charm of this property located in the Aviana Resort. The theme parks are a comfortable drive away as are the beaches on the Gulf and Atlantic coasts
This house is a real gem - as soon as you walk in you get that WOW factor!
The home features two master suites - king and queen and an open floor plan with two further twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The home has central air conditioning in addition to the individual ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
The pool has a covered screen enclosure with spa, and patio furniture with lounge chairs. The home features a game room with access to free high speed Wi-Fi.
Included is a convenient in-house full size washer and dryer, complete kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker with kitchen utensils. All towels and linens are provided on site with access to a baby playpen, stroller, and high chair.
The Aviana resort has everything from a putting green and a lake to a lovely communal pool and clubhouse Deceptively close to Disney World and many other attractions!
