ROCK LOBSTER! A Luxurious 3 Story Family Beach Home has been a sought-after Carillon Beach vacation rental home for years and just right for the perfect family gathering. This home is located directly across from Carillon Beach Walk-over #8 – it’s that close! Step over the sand dunes to the sugary white sands and emerald waters, where you will find a complementary set of two chairs and pads with umbrella set up for you daily (March 1 - Oct 31).

Wrapping porches offer multiple ocean views. Rock Lobster is the main house and Love Shack the guest house with a shared pool and hot tub in-between (heated upon request). Need more space for family members and friends? Add the guest house (Love Shack), which is also meticulously equipped, accommodates 6 additional guests and offers more views of the ocean. You can find the combined main and guest house listed as “Rock Lobster & Love Shack”.

We ARE Carillon Beach Rentals. Not only do we offer a select collection of high-end Carillon homes for vacation rental, but we also reside full-time in Carillon Beach. Living within the community uniquely enables us to immediately respond to unanticipated issues arising during your stay.

SHARED/PRIVATE POOL - only registered guests may use the pool. The guest must request heating the pool - Daily fee required of $60 per day before taxes.

Rock Lobster is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and the East Pool. There are tennis courts, full basketball court, children's play area and multiple large green spaces for play. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with restaurants, ice-cream parlor, exercise club, yoga studio, village store, and fabulous salon and spa. Security is of prime importance at Carillon. In addition to the entrance gate that monitors and controls access for all vehicular traffic, Carillon also employs licensed security officers that patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. This is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting memories are created.

Carillon Beach is without a doubt an invigorating retreat. Whether you relax in style or energize in fun activity, enjoy the best-kept secret around, Carillon Beach . . .Come and enjoy yourself. The beach is breath-taking, the emerald waters await at ROCK LOBSTER.

PARKING POLICY: 3 vehicles OR 2 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.

Great Spring Break Getaway!

Reviewer Comments: My wife and our three kids stayed at Carillon in “Rock Lobster,” which has a shared heated pool and hot tub with a smaller house called “Love Shack.” We were orginally going to stay in another house in Carillon, but were told a few days before our arrival that this home was in need of a roof replacement. While we were initially disappointed, the change to “Rock Lobster” was a blessing in disguise. The home is just off the beach (one house was between us and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico). The sugar sand was squeaky clean and full of shells for the kids to find and play in. While the water was a bit cool during our visit (late March through the first week of April), we still jumped in and played in the waves many times. We reserved an umbrella and two beach loungers for beach days, which helped not have to haul much to the beach. We also reserved a golf cart since we didn’t rent a car, which helped us get around the lake to get to ice cream, lunch, dinner/drinks and shopping in the town center that was really fun.The house itself was really well-maintained and clean. There were two bedrooms with full bathrooms on the first floor, a second bedroom and full bathroom on the second floor with the kitchen and awesome wraparound balcony with barstools and tables to eat or drink coffee outside, and the third floor had three bunk beds and amazing views of the ocean. Each bedroom had its own TV with streaming services and cable. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked daily to save money by not going out that much. Uber was easy to get and we were able to spend a few hours at Rosemary Beach, which was nice, but way too crowded for us. We liked it more laid back and quiet for our family getaway (we have three young kids).Carillon has several pools that other residents share via gate access, but they aren’t heated like ours was. We spent more time in the pool and hot tub than we did at the beach or o
