Great place and perfect location if biking is the reason for visiting. Walkable to downtown and All American starts in the backyard. Place was very clean.

excellent location, near great food and the square. modern and very clean. not mentioned in the condo info: •this is a 3 story unit…both bedrooms are on the THIRD floor…that means getting your luggage up and down 2 flights of stairs. •1/2 bath on bottom floor/kitchen and sitting area on middle floor (no bathroom)/2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on top floor

This property was a perfect “home base” for all my cycling and outdoor plans in Bentonville. The host was super responsive, home was clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.

My best friend and I, who live in different states, had been trying to plan a trip to Bentonville for mountain biking for years and finally decided to go this year. I found this place and it looked great online and when we got here it was better than advertised. The whole place was great. The garage was a huge bonus for keeping the bikes in and working on them. The proximity to the Slaughter Pen trails couldn’t have been better and it was even a very short to drive to the other parks we wanted to go to. Less than 15 min from Oz trails bike park. Being able to walk across the street for bbq or just downtown to look around was huge.

I would fix the bike cleaning station on the property. And we left a list of some other things that would be good to do for the next guests. Enjoy our stay! Love the location! Bentonville is awesome! We would definitely stay at this property next time :-)
