Villa Bella was purchased with the family and friends in mind. This location was selected for it's proximity to downtown Bentonville. We wanted to create a space that could be an intimate getaway, without sacrificing access to the city and what it has to offer. You can enjoy a pleasant 15 minute walk or 4 minute bike ride to the Bentonville square. The square has everything from Onyx coffee and iconic restaurants, to the Bentonville farmer's market and the a free splash pad. If you want to extend your walk or ride, you can pass through the square to Crystal Bridge's compton gardens walking trails, lined with rare plants, a gorgeous creek, and outdoor art. Don't worry, for the cyclists there are also dirt off road trails. The Crystal Bridges indoor art Museum, The Amazeum kids museum, atrium, and Museum of Native American History, Walmart Museum and more are all within a less than 15 minute drive from Villa Bella. This is truly the ideal place to enjoy everything that made Bentonville famous.

After selecting this house, we remolded the inside to include a brand new kitchen with updated appliances, remolded bathroom features, and big beds with high quality mattresses. Sleep is key to a good vacation, so all of the linens are the highest quality as well. In the backyard, we added a hot tub that can be enjoyed any time of year, a swing for two, and basketball hoop for fun. We also added a Pergola and filled it with a brand new propane grill, an out door table and stools, and comfortable all weather furniture around our stunning propane firepit. Don't miss the beautiful wood-burned weathervane in the floor! The game room has classic Nintendo arcade games and a pool table, and the garage is all set up for poker night. There are bikes on the porch for use during your stay. We hope you and your family enjoy Villa Bella as much a we enjoyed creating this space for you.
