Host is very nice and quick to help and answer questions. Property was clean, well stocked, and the location is close to Stone Mountain in a quiet neighborhood. Older home, but well maintained. It is a tri-level, so if stairs are a concern to you, note that the primary bedroom is upstairs along with two other bedrooms and two full baths. The sitting room is on the entry level with the kitchen and dining - no bath, and the half bath is off the game room and living room on the lower level. Would rent again if I'm in the area.
Excellent stay! I have stayed at many places and this house was by far the most well stocked! Super clean and in a very nice and quiet location. Owner is very responsive! You will not regret staying here.
This was the second time we stayed at Kimbela’s lovely home. This property is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The home has plenty of room, is clean, has a well stocked kitchen, with coffee and snacks provided. We will definitely stay again.
The inside of the home is beautiful and very spacious. We enjoyed the back screened in sitting area. We traveled down for a basketball tournament and the boys definitely enjoyed themselves. We brought cornhole boards and set them up in the backyard while we cooked on the grill. Host is very accomodating and responsive.
There was plenty of room for my family of 2 adults and 5 children. The house is in a quiet, nice neighborhood. We even took a walk around the block. It’s very close to Stone Mountain Park where we spent most of our time throughout the week. The house was stocked with all the necessities and a few extra perks, like some snacks and coffee pods. The screened in porch was a great place to sit outside for some adult conversation after the kids went to bed. We found one issue with the cleanliness of the sleeper sofa. Kimbela came over the next day and took care of it! My 13 year old was sleeping there and came back after a long day of fun to find a clean and neatly made bed! There are some great thrift stores in the area if you get rained out for outdoor activities. We also found some good restaurants. I would definitely recommend this house!
We loved our location it was easy to find our stay was great only we noticed is the person that stays in the back my famil spoke and she wouldn’t even speak but it’s ok we will definitely be back the stay was great
We very much enjoyed our stay wished we could stay longer to enjoy the atmosphere of the home. Beautiful sitting and drinking my coffee on the screened in porch listening to birds and nature
Thoroughly enjoyed Kimbela's home. It was spacious for our crew of 8, and we still had room! The kitchen was equipped and had a few breakfast items which made it nice. She was very friendly and attentive. We would definitely come again.
Kimbela was very communicative and helpful. The property was clean and inviting. The neighborhood was quiet and well located for our trip to the Stone Mountain area. We hope to visit again.
The location is great if planning to visit Stone Mountain. The house is well stocked with condiments, coffee, sugars , lots of spices. Just do you know the coffee maker is a k Keurig. We did have an issue with the main tub. The water would not turn off we contact the owner and Kimberly responded very quickly and was able to send somebody out in about an hour. One complaint is the person who rented this tiny house came home they had the music on fairly loud, it was a wonderful stay. I would recommend it to anybody visiting stone mountain In her book she recommended a thrift store at the Lutheran Mission if you are thrift store is a must .
We had a great stay here. The house was well stocked with towels, blankets, and linens. There was plenty of space and everything was clean. The host (Kimbela) was very responsive. Would come back again.
This was such a great house for our family of six. With five adults and an infant, we had everything that we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and the three bathrooms gave us all enough space to get ready. Kimbela was helpful and very detailed with her information about the house overall. We would definitely stay there again.
House was roomy and comfortable. We had 9 and we all slept well. The glass top stove was hard to clean and the beds were a little too firm for my comfort (husband loved the bed). We stayed 8 days and ran out of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. The owner was willing to reimburse. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans to cook and feed 9 people. We all really enjoyed the stay.
Everything was lovely and clean. We are sensitive to perfumes. We unplugged the perfumed plug-ins but the sheets had been dried with perfumed dryer sheets- allergies! Probably should have let them know ahead of time. I borrowed a pillow case from my sister in town and it was better.
