I’m not sure if there is a plumbing problem but our first night noise was coming from the pipes. You can’t run both showers at the same time. The water doesn’t stay hot longer than 2-3 mins. There is also a moldy smell throughout the entire house. If could’ve managed to afford another spot I would’ve have left. I’m sorry but Im very disappointed. We only slept there because the smell is horrible to be cooped up inside that house during the day. It’s leak or something going on in the house. The house needs to be checked for mold. My allergies flared up very uncomfortable stay. Maybe need a new hot water. The first night at check in it took like 10 mins to get the door unlocked it was annoying it was cold outside waiting on the host to correct the problem with the door.

I deeply regret that your stay was disappointing. We strive for a five-star experience, and I sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered. We contacted you the morning after check-in and twice more before you shared the hot water issue—three nights into your stay. And your stay was for 5 nights. The water heater was newly installed a few hours before your arrival, and I failed to factor in the time needed for the tank to fully reheat, for which I apologize. Regarding the smell, prior guests who stayed for over 3 weeks did not report any issue. However, given your concern, we will schedule a professional inspection of the house to ensure all systems are functioning properly and to address any potential sources of the smell for the comfort and safety of all future guests. We hope these measures demonstrate our commitment to continuous improvement.

A Great quite retreat. Just like the pictures Cozy clean and everything I needed. I loved the location surrounded by trees a nice back patio area. A beautiful neighborhood. I Loved being here.
