Lovely cottage in the historic town of Wyndham, East Kimberley WA.
There’s a lot to explore around Wyndham. Cottage on Koojarra is a unique gem of a house to re-boot and make plans.
This cottage is for the keen fisho, 4WDriver and nature lover.
Head out in the Cambridge Gulf to chase the metre Barra (or fish off Anton’s Landing), pop a bottle of champagne and watch a magical sunset up on the mighty Bastion (5 rivers lookout), or head out to Marlgu Billabong for first light to catch a glimpse of the impressive bird population that inhabits the area.
This is a roomy cottage with a fully fenced yard, ready for you to call your home while enjoying the spoils Wyndham and the East Kimberley has to offer. Wyndham has a well stocked supermarket, post office, service station, cafe and bottle shop. (Also letting you know there’s is no hungry jacks in Wyndham, the croc farm is closed and a few of the restaurants aren’t open anymore, Google is feeding incorrect info to Stayz and I can’t change it) *40% discount for 7 night stay **50% discount for monthly stay

Why they chose this property
Wyndham will always hold a special place in my heart.
I bought this cottage to live in, in 2012, and from there we have had a colourful journey to get to where we are today. The little cottage is old and feeling her age, however over the years our aim is to slowly regenerate the place to keep it strong and providing a great place for visitors to stay whilst enjoying the East Kimberley and the plethora of natural wonders the area has to offer.
I bought this cottage to live in, in 2012, and from there we have had a colourful journey to get to where we are today. The little cottage is old and feeling her age, however over the years our aim is to slowly regenerate the place to keep it strong and providing a great place for visitors to stay whilst enjoying the East Kimberley and the plethora of natural wonders the area has to offer.
What makes this property unique
I think at this stage in Wyndham in 2026, 'Cottage on Koojarra' is the only Air BnB in Wyndham. It is definitely experimental and I hope we can all have a bit of fun while we explore how to make it work really well to accommodate as many people to be as comfortable as possible. A home away from home :)
