Cozy Apartment in Chatswood
Close to public transport (trams and trains).
Split system heating/cooling in all main rooms so suitable for Melbourne weather all year round.
All genders and cultures are welcome.
The space
Downstairs: guest bedroom with queen bed, shared bathroom and my private bedroom.
Upstairs: shared dining room, kitchen, lounge , European laundry and balcony with patio garden
The fully equiped kitchen is fitted with Miele oven, stovetop and dishwasher. There is room in the fridge and pantry for guests to store their food
The dining room is suitable for remote working.
The carpark, available to guests, is a dedicated off-street space, in the apartment building garage.
