Prior to vacating and in order to receive the full security deposit refund, please ensure this home is returned the way in which it is presented to you. Remove all your food items from fridge.

Wash, dry and empty dishwasher returning all crockery, cutlery and glassware to its original location. Sweep/Vacuum floors. Thoroughly clean the BBQ Remove all excess rubbish from the property.

Turn off heating/cooling units and lights. Place bins facing the roadside for collection. For tasks not completed an excess cleaning levy will apply.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Strictly NO PARTY policy or any more guests than 6 at anytime. No pets permitted.
