This beautiful property is Palm Springs inspired living in the most sought after location in Blairgowrie. Its a short flat walk to the cafes/shops and front beach, so no need to hassle with finding a park during the busy summer months on the peninsula.

Newly renovated with everything in the house being brand new. It is a cosy house in a peaceful neighbourhood. Its perfect for a girls weekend or family holiday.

With both beautufil beaches and the stunning Red hill wineries on your doorstep, this property is an all year round destinatiom to enjoy.

Inside it is open plan living with Smart TV (Netflix, Youtube and Spotify) which you can stream using your smart devices.

The kitchen has brand new Fisher & Paykel fridge, oven and gas cooktop with a Bosch dishwasher.

Master bedroom features a queen size luxury bed with built in robe

2nd bedroom has a triple bunk (double on bottom and single on top) There is also a double mattress that can be pulled out but fills the room. This room also contains a built in robe

Brand new stunning bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. There is also a handy little euro laundry which has a brand new Fisher & Paykal washer and separate dryer for your use

Outside there is an awesome deck with a brand new Weber BBQ and large 10 seater table. We ask that you clean the BBQ after you have finished using it, otherwise we will have to deduct $50 from your bond to pay for cleaning

We are a NO SMOKING house

We allow pets.

We have a 2 night minimum stay. This increases over summer and long weeekends so please message to discuss further

This is our little family holiday home as well, so we have included lots of lovely little touches and luxuries, so please appreciate it all and leave it as you found it, so hopefully you can come back to enjoy it all again
