This brand new townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuites and is tucked away in a quiet complex, offering privacy and relaxation just a 2 min stroll from Rosebud’s sparkling foreshore, cafes, shops, and the iconic jetty.

Open plan living area downstairs w a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Upstairs has second living area w sofabed, and fully equipped home work space. Backyard w deck, lawn, retractable roof. Off street parking.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
There is a lockbox in the metre box. Code provided on the day.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
An adult aged 25 plus must be the person booking the stay. Young people under 25 must be supervised by an adult 25 years above.
NO SCHOOLIES OR PARTY POLICY. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Breaches of policy will result in non refundable termination of the stay.
Linen and cleaning fee of $100 per person per stay above 10 people applies. Payable upon check out.

Penelope was great to deal with. The property was full of surprises. Amenities were beyond our expectations. Everything was geared for convenience of the guest and it was all very new, clean and well maintained.
