This recently renovated home has all the comforts for a relaxing bayside getaway with the family all year round.

The living room is equipped with leather lounges and large flat screen smart TV. Both bedrooms contain brand new queen size beds including all your linen needs and plenty of wardrobe space to suit a long term stay.

The modern luxurious bathroom is equipped with a large shower and vanity and the outdoor area is complete with a large dining set and gas bbq.

The house was wonderfully presented and perfect for our family of 4. Beds were comfy and kitchen and living areas were great size. Kitchen was well stocked but it would be good to have a jug for water/ drinks and a couple of bigger chopping knives. There also seemed to be an issue with a leaky shower (cracked tiles in the base) but the host provided heaps of towels so this didn't impact us at all. Check in / check out was no issue at all. Thanks for having us!

Perfect place to stay.

Alex’s house was very clean, modern and peaceful. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary items, close to shops and attractions, free internet, easy check in and very reasonable price. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

Great family get away

This is a newly renovated property in a quiet street. Its just what we needed for a beach get away with a small family. Short drives to see different parts of the Peninsular. We also really enjoyed that the home had all the small touches to make us feel like it was a home away from home. We loved our stay.

Nice beach getaway

Clean, little place with everything we needed for a two night stay. My husband particularly appreciated the coffee machine, and I appreciated the large washing machine for our beach stuff. The one air conditioner was enough to cool the entire place too.

Perfect unit with all essentials

Good unit in a good location and filled with all the essentials you need on a getaway. Very clean and great communication with Alex. Our flight from QLD was cancelled and rescheduled to the following day so we arrived late and when I let Alex know, he kindly refunded us a night! Very kind and generous of him. Thankyou Alex for a great place to stay!!

Rosebud family stay

The accommodation was good but I was disappointed as I felt the description of the property on Stayz didn’t match up to the actual property. A bathroom and a half was described which we thought would be a full bathroom with a toilet and the half being a separate toilet and basin but there was only one separate toilet. Because of some health issues, we really needed 2, toilets and although we made do it did spoil our experience.

The property description doesn't actually state a bathroom and a half, but rather just one bathroom with a separate toilet. I'm not sure how you could have misinterpreted this, unless you got it confused with a different property perhaps. Thanks again for your stay and I'm glad the single toilet was the only issue.
