We had a wonderful stay is this well appointed home in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Solid amenities. Very clean. Multi level living but still not too many stairs. Pool looked fabulous but it was still a bit chilly to test out.

Several thoughts on the property: Pro- Check in was very easy, host communicated the day before. Pro- Pool was clean- we didn't use it but would have if we had a chancePro- House was clean- adequate kitchen suppliesCon- All beds were small and had uncomfortable mattressesCon- The upstairs was several degrees hotter than downstairs which meant some of us froze while some sweat. Con- And the biggest one: I picked the house due to access to a washer/dryer. When I arrived, I told the host that there was no detergent after she asked if there was anything I needed. She said she would bring by detergent and then ghosted me until it was time to check out. It was extremely frustrating to not be able to wash my clothes since we packed light with the anticipation of being able to use a washer/dryer. Overall, I would not use this company or stay in this house again.

Upon arrival, the house was unlocked. The furnace had been switched over to AC and a house temperature inside was 50. We turned the furnace thermostat up and proceeded to unpack. After over two hours, the temperature had not recovered. We contacted the host. I told her we were going to get a hotel as we had a baby and could not spend the . She was able to provide us with another house in Sarnia. So we proceeded to move everything out and move into a new house, by this time it was after 9 o’clock. The second house while acceptable had a much less convenient floor plan, layout, and lacked several amenities of the Hanna House. I had contacted the host to let her know of our concerns and have not heard back. Overall, we were disappointed with our experience.
