Open plan living with waterfront views that flow out to the deck, lawned area with an outdoor picnic table on the waters edge and the private jetty. There is a canoe and kayak for guests to use to explore the surrounding waters.

Swansea is surrounded by beaches, Lake Macquarie and the Swansea channel that leads to the ocean. Our home is on the bay, just off the channel with a private jetty for swimming and boating, giving you access to the lake, channel and ocean. Fish off the private jetty and catch fresh crabs and squid.
