Toukley Boathouse is located in a residential area therefore please restrict outside noise after 10pm.

Use of outdoor fire pit is not allowed when total fire ban is inforced .( see NSW Rural Fire Services)
NO Fireworks allowed on property.
NO glitter or Confetti is allowed in or around the property

Only Guests on original booking to stay overnight due to safety and fire Issues.
By booking and paying for your stay at Toukleyboathouse you agree to the terms and conditions and house rules.

The main booking guest is liable for all their guests that stay overnight , please make all your guests aware of the T & C and House Rules .
Please be aware of changing weather conditions on the lake before using Kayaks and paddleboards as lake can become choppy.


No smoking and vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited within the house.
No Illegal drugs on the property
Extra cleaning fees if evidence of smoking inside
All non motorised water equipment is free to use at your own risk.Life jackets must be worn and children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult on or around the water front.

Children are to be supervised at all times around the waterfront.
The use of our jetty is at your own risk during your stay.
No Glassware and open bottles on the jetty at any time during your stay. Please be aware that the lake is shallow therefore no diving off the Jetty. Please read signage for all the Jetty Rules.

Please contact us for our exception policy on pets, Service dogs are allowed and small non shedding dogs, we do not charge a pet fee but if there is damage or litter left behind we may charge an extra cleaning Fee. please do not leave pets unattended inside the property.
