- Parking: This unit offers private off-street parking in the driveway.
- PETS: We are pet-friendly! Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any pet waste left in the yard will result in a $100 removal fee. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal!
- We do not allow parties. The number of people occupying our home must not exceed 4. Otherwise, you will be subject to a $500 fine and must check out immediately.
