Thank u for the sweet reply. Reminder please no dogs that scratch furniture or doors or aren’t trained. Trained dogs or created dogs while gone r more than welcome.
Great location in Lakeland. Coffee shop and local restaurants within walking distance. Cozy and clean property and the hosts are very friendly and communicative.
This house was perfect. It was cozy and clean. It had everything we needed. There were even drinks in the fridge and soaps in the shower to use. It is close to a lot of restaurants. It was a 10 min walk to the college. The couch was comfy enough that I took a nap one afternoon on it :) The area was quiet which we did appreciate. It was a wonderful weekend getaway. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!
We absolutely fell in love with this home away from home. Amazing check in, so clean, great neighborhood. The owner is so responsive and they didn't miss anything as far as all the extras that make you feel welcome right down to cotton balls and tips!

Great location and great property! Stephen checked in with us and made sure we had everything we needed. He also gave great recommendations of the area and was super responsive. We were close to all Lakeland had to offer and what we enjoy. Great biking, jogging, and hiking. Close to area attractions and a lot of hidden gems for eating and drinks. Would most definitely stay again.

Loved having you guys! Glad you were able to enjoy Lakeland and everything has the offer. Y’all are welcome back anytime.
Loved this property! The only thing I would suggest is to get a dehumidifier. The room ac units kept the rooms cool but it was a little humid. Thanks for offering such a great space!
A very. nice cottage right in the historic district of Lakeland. You can walk anywhere. Great communication with the hosts. Highly recommended. Will definitely return in the future.

Thank you for the kind words. We loved having you. Can’t wait for you to come back.
We had a great stay at Stephen’s house! The home was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The house is small, but plenty of space for our family and four, plus our fur baby! Lakeland was a charming town, almost centrally located between Tampa and Orlando, perfect for us to do a quick trip to Busch Gardens and Sea World. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in the area.
Words can not express what a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend our family enjoyed! This was made possible by our gracious host who provided a perfect stay. There is so much to see and do with this adorable bungalow being near to everything! Other towns and cities are just a hop, skip and a jump away! We hope to return again! Thank you! Semper Fi!
