Our listing includes photos of the exact unit, including the kitchenette, as well as photos that show the exact riverfront layout so guests know what to expect before booking. Regarding the river access, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We completely understand your frustration with the ladder. The good news is that we have a welder on-site this week repairing the river ladder so it will once again provide a much easier and safer exit from the river. Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location, river access, strong AC, and comfortable beds, but we’re sorry that other parts of your stay did not meet expectations. Cleanliness is very important to us, and we will be addressing the fridge, sink, and overall cleaning concerns with our housekeeping and maintenance teams right away. We also want to clarify that all linens are washed and changed between every guest. We ask guests not to strip the beds so our team can properly inspect each bed and handle linens according to our cleaning process. We appreciate your suggestion about towel bars and will take that into consideration.
