Upon arrival the house appeared clean and organized. Self check-in was convenient. But a few problems existed, there were parts laying inside the dishwasher and the Kitchen light over the sink was defective. Within a few days both were taken care of. We also experienced algae issues with the pool throughout our stay.The bigger problem, we ran out of propane gas 5 days prior to departure (on a Saturday) which meant we had no clothes dryer, stove/oven or hot water. To make matters even worse, I was told by management that propane was ordered and would be delivered on Monday when in fact it wasn't. You see I used to live on Aruba and called the only supplier on the island first thing on Monday morning, was told that there wasn't an order placed and the delivery list was full for the day. The next delivery would need to wait until Friday, the day after our departure so after begging/pleading with the representative they had us added to the delivery for Monday. Every issue we experienced could have been comletely avoided if someone performed a pre-arrival checklist. What a shame as we would have rebooked for a future vacation.
