Brand new executive 3 bedroom private villa with a pool and jacuzzi.
Beautifully appointed, high end home new to the rental market. Perfect for a large family, or couples looking to enjoy an upscale experience and all that Aruba has to offer.
Amenities include: wi-fi, alarm, safe, Built in BBQ/ out door kitchen, beach chairs, cooler, guest supplies such as toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, and much more...

Our representative will meet you for check in and check out.

Located in the area of Washington. A short 5 minute drive to both Eagle beach and Palm Beach, close to supermarkets, restaurants, casinos, shopping and night life.

Open concept living/ dining area features a true Chefs kitchen with 5 burner gas range double ovens, dishwasher, GE Profile double door refrigerator, kitchen island, 2 dining areas inside and additional dining areas al fresco. The primary bedroom suite is large and comfortable with a private bathroom with a double vanity, queen bed, HD TV, and sliders that open to the covered patio. The 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds share a large bathroom also with a double vanity.
All mattresses are new brand new and plush for the perfect nights sleep.
The pool area is completely private and gated. There are multiple seating areas, a large covered patio with ceiling fans and comfortable outdoor furniture, gazebo, sun loungers. outdoor kitchen, pool side bathroom, & outside shower w/ hot & cold water. Enjoy your morning coffee, and happy hour cocktails poolside sun, or shade. Large pool with built in seating and jacuzzi complete this perfect vacation home.

Washington is a 5 minute drive to both Eagle and Palm Beach. Close to supermarkets, church, restaurants and Casinos. A car is suggested, otherwise taxi service can be accessed through whats app.

Published Nightly rates are based on 6 guests and include an electric allowance in the amount of $125 per week.
Holiday rentals require 7 night minimum stay, all other seasons 5 night minimum stay required
Please be advised that parties are not permitted at this property, the home is exclusively for the enjoyment of registered guests.
Video and pictures are taken prior to check in for transparency & the protection of both guest and homeowner.
Your rental includes beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler.

Better than a hotel

We could not have loved this house more. It was in a perfect location, near Eagle and Palm Beach, restaurants and food stores. The house is beautiful and we loved the pool and patio area and it's very private. Very clean, had everything we needed and the best hosts! We will definitely return.

Beautiful and amazing property. It was such a pleasure stating at the house. When we fist walked in everything was impeccable and clean. The pool area was amazing and you felt like you were in you own resort. I recommend staying st this property. Its close to restaurants and markets. The beaches are super close by. Aruba at its best

We were two couples who stayed at this wonderful property for two weeks. The house and its amenities were great. The kitchen and bbq were perfect to cook our meals. As we enjoyed very hot weather, we spent several hours in the pool…it was too warm to go in the jacuzzi. There were minor issues with the ice maker however the house representative was quick to assist us and even bought us a bag of ice. They responded quickly to our messages and were extremely helpful. I would recommend this rental for up to six people.
