Welcome to The Conductor’s Quarters, a spacious & character-filled retreat located just steps away from the iconic Bendigo Tramways & CBD.
Whether you're here for a weekend getaway, a cultural adventure, business, family holiday or a relaxing retreat, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort, character, and convenience.

With room for up to 11 guests and modern touches to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay, The Conductor's Quarters is perfect for families, groups, and history-loving travellers.
The Conductor's Quarters has 5 comfortable bedrooms. The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed, TV and private ensuite. Bedrooms 2 & 3 feature queen-size beds, whilst Bedroom 4 features a double bed. Bedroom 5 features a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top.
Located on the doorstep of Bendigo, in what was once known as "Irish Town', you will be minutes away from everything you need including key attractions such as the Bendigo Tramways, The Tram Café, Bendigo Woollen Mills, Rosalind Park, Bendigo Art Gallery, Lake Weeroona and many more.
There is a vast array of fabulous cafés and restaurants all within walking distance (or catch the famous vintage trams right next door). Spend the night in and cook a feast in the impressive kitchen or entertain on the deck in the beautiful courtyard and garden.
Have some fun and play some games including table tennis, corn hole and Jenga, and make sure you take advantage of relaxing whilst enjoying a massage in the massage recliner (you won't regret it!).
