Welcome to Urban Haven – your private Ottawa suite! Enjoy a cozy bedroom, bathroom, and lounge area, all exclusively for you. Entry is through a shared main entrance, but once inside, the suite is fully private. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown, Carleton, and transit. Free parking and Wi-Fi included, making it a peaceful and convenient retreat in the city.

Welcome to our cozy private basement suite, designed for comfort and convenience. The suite includes:
• Two cozy bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed
• Private living room with sofa and TV
• Essential appliances: mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle
• Private bathroom exclusively for guests
• High-speed WiFi for work or streaming

Guests will enter through the main front door (shared entrance) and then have exclusive access to the private basement suite.

You’ll also have access to the backyard patio, which can be reached through the right-side walkway of the house.

Entry is via a keypad smart lock with your personal code (shared before check-in). A backup key option is also available if needed.

Please note:
• Entry is through the main front door, which is shared with us. Clear Vrbo signs inside guide you directly to your private suite.
• Once inside, the entire basement is yours only—no sharing with others.
• Kitchen and laundry facilities are not included.
